Ruth Schaefer, M.A.,

studied Sinology, Business Management and American Studies in Munich, Taipei, Beijing and Honolulu. Furthermore she is a certified foreign language correspondent, a certified Systemic Business Coach (dvct®), (SBC)® and has been trained in accelerated learning methods.

She lived and worked in the People's Republic of China and on Taiwan. Today she is regulary on business trips to Asia.

Since 1996 Ruth Schaefer has been working as a freelance trainer and consultant. Since 2010 she is also a lecturer (International Negotiation Skills & Business Behaviour) at University of Pforzheim.

 

Professor Zhang Lütang

is a translator and interpreter for Chinese to German and German to Chinese. She is an expert in technical and literary translations and only recently translated the book by the former German ambassador to China, Konrad Seitz. (News)

Professor Zhang Lütang accompanies high-ranking delegation in Germany and China. Furthermore, she has excellent contacts to the Chinese authorities. Professor Zhang Lütang knows what is really important.

 

Pengfei Wu, Dipl.-Ing. Univ., Dipl.Wirtsch.-Ing. Univ.,

did an engineering degree in Shanghai, and two at Munich Technical University. In China as well as in Germany he was responsible for realising various projects and worked as a consultant in the field of re-engineering. Today he works in trade and commerce and know-how transfer between China and Germany. Mr Wu has been a co-trainer of MS Schäfer for several years.

Mr Wu's experience from practice enrich our courses with up-to-date practical knowledge.

 

Hu Mengjie, B.A.,

is a graduate of the renowned Fudan University in Shanghai as well as of the Beloit College in Wisconsin. In China she worked as an interpreter for the television and radio office of the Minister of Culture and in Germany has been active interculturally for many years.

Ms Hu is a language trainer for Chinese and co-trainer for Chinese and Taiwanese culture seminars. With her help trainees can see into the Chinese heart.

 

Jingyi Yuan-Steiner, M.A.,

is from Shanghai and studied information science there, in Germany linguistics and economic political science.

Today Ms Yuan-Steiner works as a consultant and representative of Chinese investors in Germany. She also supports Chinese investors with their global sourcing in Europe.

As co-trainer Ms Yuan-Steiner provides insight into the behaviour of Chinese businessmen.
